View System Logs

The reports contained in the System Logs section of Interfolio Faculty Search (FS) provide Administrators with complete visibility of changes associated with the positions they are managing, including Application Form Changes, Position Details Changes, Application/Position Status Changes, and Messages Sent.

 

View System Logs

  1. Navigate to the Reports page, select the Logs tab, and click the System Logs dropdown in the upper right-hand corner.

  2. Select the desired log from the System Logs dropdown.

    • Application Form Changes: Keeps track of any changes made to any form attached to a position in the system, providing visibility of when the form was created and when any questions or available answers were changed.
    • Application Status Changes: Keeps track of the application statuses assigned to applicants. This report can be run either for an entire position or for a single applicant.
    • Messages Sent: Shows all outbound communication sent while running an Interfolio position.

      Account welcome emails sent to users or applicants upon Dossier account creation through FS cannot be viewed.

       
    • Position Details Changes: Tracks changes made on the Basic Information page when creating or editing the position.
    • Position Status Changes: Tracks every change made to the position status when creating or editing the position.
  3. Select the relevant information for the report (e.g., unit, form, position, date range) and then click View Report when finished. You can also Download a CSV of the results.
