The New Interfolio Client Community Portal
The Interfolio Client Community allows system and institutional administrators to manage cases and access updates on issues, product ideas, outages, and the product roadmap.
Members can join the Interfolio Announcements user group to receive email alerts on outages, releases, webinars, and roadmap updates.
This article explains how to join. If you're unsure about access, contact your Customer Success or Account Manager.

Sign Up for the Interfolio Announcements User Group

Log in to the Interfolio Client Community
Be sure to select Interfolio as the product to navigate to Interfolio's client community page. - Select the User Group tile
- Search for and select the group Interfolio Announcements
- Select Join Group
Joining this group will automatically register you to receive email notifications regarding:
- system outages and other widespread known-issues
- new releases
- upcoming webinars
- quarterly roadmaps
You can always check the known issues page within the client community and follow issues directly there. We will only use this group to send alerts if an issue is impacting all Interfolio users or causing a system outage.
Change Frequency of Email Alerts
- Select the frequency you would like to receive notifications

| Every Post | Receive an immediate email anytime a new post is made. |
| Daily Digest | One email each day including all posts created the day |
| Weekly Digest | One email each week including all posts created that week |
| Limited | Fewer than weekly emails |
We recommend selecting Every Post to ensure you receive timely notifications. On average, we expect you will receive 2-3 emails each month alerting you of new releases and upcoming webinars.
