Communicate with Faculty

Administrators can email faculty individually or in bulk, using the email generator. Users can also preview emails to see what they will look like to the recipient. Emails are sent from the Faculty list, where Administrators can select individual or multiple recipients. All messages sent are cataloged, and these are accessible from the Message Logs section of Lifecycle Management (LM).

 

Communicate with Faculty

  1. Navigate to the Faculty page and check the boxes next to the desired Faculty Member(s). Then click the Send Message button on the toolbar.

    • You can also click the hyperlinked faculty name to navigate to their information page. Click the Send Email button on the left-hand side.

  2. Fill out the Send Message form, scroll to the bottom and click the send button.
