Fixed: Removed EEO Statement Section for Institutions/Units Without a Statement: 

Fixed an issue with the application landing page displaying an EEO statement section even when there was no statement provided, and showing the message: "There is no Equal Employment Opportunity Statement available for [Unit]." We removed the EEO statement section entirely if a unit or institution opts not to provide a statement.

Now, the EEO statement section is only displayed if an EEO statement is available for a unit/institution.

If no statement is provided, the EEO statement section is removed from the application landing page, and the application landing page does not show a placeholder message (e.g., "There is no Equal Employment Opportunity Statement available for [Unit]") when the EEO statement section is removed.

Fixed: “Position Filled” email messages go to applicants after a position closes as expected:

Fixed an issue with email messages to applicants not being sent out when the email was sent after the position was closed.
