Fixed: “undefined method…" error when attempting to add a Question to an existing Committee Form:

When adding a question, users were receiving a Question added confirmation in the bottom right hand corner, but the question was not added and the error message “undefined method `each' for "Other":String” appeared. Now, a Unit or Institutional Administrator managing an existing Committee Form can add a Single Select question without an error, as expected. 

Fixed: Adding a question/manage existing questions for existing Committee Forms works as expected:

Fixed issue with adding a Single Select style question to an existing Committee Form The error message “Validation failed” would appear. Adding a question to an existing form now saves the a new question to the form as expected.
