Database Clone Request
We will clone source database into the destination database. After cloning, all the configurations and data (activities data, faculty information) will be wiped from the destination database, and the destination database will be exactly the same as the source database.
Please make sure that you do not have any ongoing projects, special settings, or data in the destination database. Please give us a list of faculty IDs that should have access to the destination database. This is vital, as we will set everyone to inactive & disable login in the destination database after cloning.
Note that API keys will not automatically be carried over as part of a clone. Please specify if you are using an API integration as part of your request.
