Notify a Candidate of Their Review

This article explains how to notify a candidate to begin assembling their packet for review.

 

If it was selected to notify the candidate when creating a case, the case moves to the candidate, and you cannot notify them again.

 

Notify Candidate

  1. Navigate to Cases on the navigation menu. 
     Review, Promotion & Tenure section with Cases highlighted
  2. Click the checkbox adjacent to the name of the candidate desired to notify.
  3. Click Notify Candidates at the top of the page.

  4. Choose whether or not to Send a message with this notification.
  5. Click Send when finished.

The candidate will automatically get an email with instructions for uploading and submitting packet materials online. The message here is an optional personal note to go along with the notification email.
