Add A Logo to the Landing Page of Posted Positions
This article explains how Administrators can upload a custom logo for positions created by a specific administrative unit in Faculty Search (FS). Logos can be set at various organizational levels, such as university, college, or department, and will appear on any position published by that unit. Administrators can also pass the logo down to lower units, or other unit administrators can set a unique logo for their own unit. If a unit doesn’t set its own logo, it will inherit the logo from the unit above.
Customize Logo
Navigate to the Administration page and click Logo from the navigation menu on the left-hand side, and then click the Change button to upload a new logo.
Recommended Specifications for Logos
- Background: White or Transparent
- Maximum file size: 20KB
- File format: PNG, JPEG, JPG, or GIF
- Layout: Horizontal/Landscape is preferred (Square is acceptable)
- Type: Transparent .png
- Maximum Height: 50px
- Maximum Width: 400px
- Text Color: Sufficient contrast against the background color, such as light blue text on a dark blue background.
