Added: Confirmation modal for Bulk Activation of Profiles:

Administrators and Unit Managers in Lifecycle Management can activate profiles in bulk. Users will see the ability to activate profiles following the selection of at least one faculty profile. A window shows the status of each Faculty Profile to let the user know if any of the selected Profiles can be activated. The option to Modify Profiles will not be available if the user does not select any profiles. When the user navigates to the Faculty List, and selects at least one profile they will see the option to Modify Profiles with the option to activate or deactivate. If the user selects multiple profiles to activate, and none can be activated because they are already active, a window informs them there are no deactivated profiles from the selection (based on designs). The user will receive a message confirming that they have activated the profiles.
