Improved: Message prompt when canceling Letter of Recommendation
We updated the messaging to Administrators in Faculty Search and RPT when the user cancels a request for a letter of recommendation. Before, if an Administrator chose to cancel the request, there was a pop-up that indicated an email would be sent out to the evaluator to let them know the letter is no longer needed. We updated the language in this pop-up as the email is no longer meant to be sent. Now, if an Administrator cancels a requested letter of recommendation, the pop-up message reads: “Are you sure you want to cancel the request?"
Added: Additional Dashboard-Level Filters on Faculty Search Reports:
We added functionality that allows users to filter the Faculty Search dashboard data on different EEO Forms and or Positions.
As an example, when a client has data being pulled from two forms and would like to filter it to just one form, they can now add a dashboard-level filter for EEO_FORM_NAME and POSITION_NAME on the test embedded dashboard to get the desired result.
