Added - Moved Positions list filters to drawer: 

Faculty Search users can now access position filters from a drawer.  

• When a Faculty Search user clicks Filters on the Positions List, they will see the filters appear in a drawer. 
• When a Faculty Search user who has applied filters to the position list, selects the Clear Filters button. Then the filters should reset to All Types, All Statuses and Active Positions 

Fixed - In Reports, focus on the previous item after pressing shift + tab now works as expected:

Faculty Search users now have an accessible drop-down menu, so they can navigate and interact using the keyboard. When a FS Admin User navigates to Reports > Application Reports, and selects any filter which results in the display of reports, and then navigates to the Tag drop-down menu button on the results reports on the lower part of the page using Tab key; then selects an applicant and the “+” sign using enter key to display the tag dropdown menu, and uses shift + tab to go back to the previous menu before the Tag drop-down menu button, the focus is on the previous item after pressing shift + tab as expected.
