(Update) Timestamp on Exported CSV of Case Information Report: 

  • The CSV of the Case Information Report now shows timestamps using the correct date and time formats so the user can easily understand exactly when the case opened/closed.
  • In the RPT Reports page, when a user selects a unit and generates a Case Information Report, the timestamps on the CSV download now display the format described below for the Created Date, Closed Date, and Packet Due Date fields.
  • The timestamps in the downloaded CSV file follow the specified date & time format
    • Created Date
      • MM/DD/YYY HH:MM AM/PM Eastern Time e.g. 4/29/2024 12:00 PM Eastern Time
    • Closed Date
      • MM/DD/YYY HH:MM AM/PM Eastern Time e.g. 4/29/2024 12:00 PM Eastern Time
    • Packet Due Date * must use Columns option to add PPD to report.
      • MM/DD/YYYY e.g. 8/11/2022

(Update) Timestamps on Case Activity Log: 

  • Timestamps on forms generated, and in the downloaded CSV file of Activity Logs have been updated to the format below: 
    • Date Format Examples
      • 2:45 PM Eastern Time
      • If space is limited (for example, in a table): 2:45 PM ET
    • Date Format Information
      • We use a 12-hour clock that always includes AM or PM
      • We use numerals (2:00 PM)
      • We include Hours and Minutes (e.g. 2:00 PM - NOT 2PM)
    • Packet Due Date * must use Columns option to add PPD to report.
      • MM/DD/YYYY e.g. 8/11/2022

(Update) Timestamps on Committee Forms Report:

  • Timestamps on the Committee Forms report and in the downloaded CSV file of the forms have been updated to the following format: 
    • Date Format Examples
      • 2:45 PM Eastern Time
      • If space is limited (for example, in a table): 2:45 PM ET
    • Date Format Information
      • We use a 12-hour clock that always includes AM or PM
      • We use numerals (2:00 PM)
      • We include Hours and Minutes (e.g. 2:00 PM - NOT 2PM)
